COVID-19 Safety Plan & Procedures

Important Notice:

We are all currently living in unpredictable circumstances. As the community’s health is our top priority, we have implemented strict Covid-19 measures to help protect our patients and staff and to minimize the risk of infection.

If you have flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough, sore/scratchy throat, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, call the Greenway Medical Hub first and we will instruct you on what to do next.

When visiting the Greenway Medical Hub, we kindly ask that you follow these steps:

• When entering the medical centre, use the sanitiser provided inside the sliding doors.
• When acknowledging your arrival, stay 1.5 metres from the reception desk. 
• When seated, ensure you are 1.5 metres from the person sitting next to you.
• When attending your appointment, wear a face mask. This is not mandatory, however it is recommended by NSW Health.
